- Crawl space and basement: joists, subfloor and walls.

- Windows: sills and frames with condensation.
Quick fixes
- Run bathroom fans during and 20 minutes after showers.
- Make sure fans vent outdoors, not into the attic.
- Pull furniture a few inches off exterior walls.
- Fix drips under sinks right away.
