We answer, then we show up
A real dispatcher picks up 24/7, and the nearest branch has a crew on site in about 45 minutes to stop the damage from spreading.
Restoring homes and businesses since 2004
We're a licensed restoration contractor that handles the whole job: the emergency call, the cleanup, the insurance paperwork and the rebuild. Local crews in Southern California, Washington, Florida and Nevada answer one number and are on site in about 45 minutes.

Our story
Green Planet Restoration started in Southern California in 2004 with a simple idea: when a pipe bursts or a fire goes through a kitchen, the owner shouldn't have to hire four companies and chase an insurance adjuster alone.
So we built one company that does all of it. Our crews stop the damage, dry and clean the structure, document everything for the insurer and then rebuild, working as a licensed general contractor from start to finish. You get one project lead and one phone number the whole way through.
That approach grew into branches across Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County, the Inland Empire and San Diego, then Greater Seattle, Miami-Dade and Las Vegas. Each branch runs its own crew and trucks, so help comes from nearby, not from across the state.

How we work
These are the standards our project leads are held to, whether the job is a leaking dishwasher or a whole-house fire.
A real dispatcher picks up 24/7, and the nearest branch has a crew on site in about 45 minutes to stop the damage from spreading.
Thermal cameras and moisture meters show what's behind walls and under floors, so nothing is dried halfway or covered up wet.
Photos, moisture logs and a line-item scope go straight to your adjuster, and we bill your insurance company directly.
The same company that dries the house rebuilds it. One project lead, one schedule and one warranty from demo to final paint.
Credentials & standards
Restoration work affects your health, your structure and your insurance claim. These are the rules we work by, on every job.
Water damage follows the IICRC S500 standard and mold remediation follows S520, carried out by trained technicians.
A licensed California general contractor, so the rebuild is permitted and inspected like any other construction job.
Every job is covered, and every technician is background-checked before they set foot in your home.
Crews follow OSHA requirements for protective gear, containment and job-site safety on mold, sewage and fire work.
Mold, sewage and contaminated materials are contained, removed and disposed of following EPA guidance.
We work with all major carriers and bill them directly, with the documentation adjusters ask for.

Who we work with
Most of our calls come from homeowners, but the same crews handle apartment buildings, offices, schools and clinics, where downtime costs money every hour.
Client reviews
Verified reviews from property owners we've helped. Every quote is word for word.
"A pipe under the sink had been leaking probably all night… Fans were running within the hour, floor was dry by Wednesday. Our Lancaster house survived, and so did my sanity."
"I fully expected our sewage backup situation to be a month-long nightmare… [They] had it done in five days total, start to finish."
"[They] got on a call directly with our adjuster when something got questioned, and it just got resolved."
"What I appreciated most was that they managed the entire scope under one company rather than handing me off to a separate contractor for the rebuild."
Mold and structural damage can start within 24 to 48 hours of water exposure. Get a free estimate and immediate dispatch.
