Start your rebuild with us

The contractor you pick decides how fast you get home.

After a flood, fire or storm, most property owners end up juggling a mitigation company, a general contractor, subs and an adjuster who all need the same information. Every hand-off adds weeks.

We keep it under one roof. The team that documented and dried your property also handles containment, demolition, framing, trades and finishes, so the scope your adjuster approved is the scope we build.

  • Documented inspections
  • Shoring & containment
  • Electrical, mechanical, plumbing
  • Interior & exterior rebuild

Already had mitigation done elsewhere?

We can pick up the rebuild. Send us the mitigation report and photos and we will scope it.

We will walk the property and write a detailed scope.

You will always know which stage you are in and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Emergency response

Call our 24/7 team and a technician is dispatched to assess the property and start urgent work.

  2. 02

    Stabilization

We stop further damage with containment, shoring, board-up or tarping so the structure is safe to work in.

  3. 03

    Pack-out & storage

Belongings are inventoried and moved to secure, climate-controlled storage while we build.

  4. 04

    Home restoration

Framing, trades, drywall, flooring, cabinets and paint, built to the approved scope.

  5. 05

We walk every room with you and fix anything on the punch list before your belongings come back.

  6. 06

    Claim support

Insurance billing and supplements handled through to final payment.

Why one contractor matters

Mitigation and reconstruction, without the gap in between

Most delays happen in the hand-off. We remove it.

Separate companies

The usual way

A mitigation company dries the property and leaves. You find a contractor, who re-inspects, re-scopes and waits on a new approval.

  • Two scopes, two approvals
  • Weeks between crews
  • Adjuster questions go unanswered
  • Nobody owns the timeline

Green Planet Restoration

The one-team way

The same project manager runs mitigation and reconstruction, so the rebuild starts as soon as the structure is dry.

  • One scope, one approval
  • Rebuild starts when dry
  • Adjuster has one contact
  • One team owns the timeline

Reconstruction and your claim

We build to the approved scope, and handle the supplements.

Hidden damage turns up once walls open. When it does, we document it and submit a supplement to your insurer instead of stopping the job or sending you a surprise invoice.

  1. 1

    Written scope

Line-item estimate your adjuster can approve.

  2. 2

    Supplements

New damage documented and submitted as the walls open.

  3. 3

    Final billing

Direct billing to your carrier through final payment.

We work with all major carriers

Including:

  • USAA
  • State Farm
  • Nationwide
  • Chubb
  • Amica
  • Erie
  • American Family
  • Neptune Flood
  • Descartes

Ask us for a copy of the scope before work starts. You should know exactly what is being rebuilt.

Frequently asked questions

Reconstruction questions, answered.

Can you rebuild if another company did the mitigation?

Yes. Send us the mitigation report, moisture logs and photos. We inspect the property, write a reconstruction scope and coordinate with your adjuster from there.

Are you a licensed general contractor?

Yes. We are a CSLB licensed contractor, bonded and insured, and we handle carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and roofing work as part of reconstruction.

How long does reconstruction take?

It depends on the scope and on approvals. A few rooms of drywall, flooring and paint can take one to three weeks. Structural fire or flood rebuilds with trades and roofing take longer, and we give you a schedule up front.

What happens if more damage is found during the rebuild?

We stop, document it with photos, and submit a supplement to your insurer. You are kept in the loop before any extra work starts.

Where do my belongings go during reconstruction?

We pack them out, inventory them and keep them in secure, climate-controlled storage, then bring them back after the final walkthrough.

Will I have one contact the whole time?

Yes. One project manager handles scheduling, trades, your adjuster and your questions from start to finish.

Ready to rebuild? Let's scope it.
